Reporting a bug

If something is not working right, please include in your email:

• Your device (e.g. iPhone 14, Pixel 7) and OS version, or your browser if you use the web version
• What you were doing when the problem happened
• A screenshot, if possible

Reminders not arriving?

Check that notifications are allowed for Novena Tracker in your phone’s Settings, and that the reminder is switched on for your current novena. On the web version, reminders only appear while the browser tab is open.

Novena Tracker does not collect or transmit any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. For the full details, see our privacy policy.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google, not by us. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS or through your Google Play order history for Android.
